HOW ALL CASE STUDIES AND ARTICLES ARE PRODUCED

Please note that the case studies and articles I share on topics relating to civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, construction, economics, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, ESG, standards, codes of practice, and other related disciplines are not produced in isolation.

QHSEL Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is supported by an advisory panel and an extensive network of trusted friends, industry practitioners, professional associations/bodies and subject matter experts who willingly contribute their knowledge, insights, and professional experiences.

This collective includes Professional Engineers with Practising Certificates (PEPC), licensed brokers, economists, academicians, competent persons, auditors, risk assessors, contractors, consultants, clients, enforcement officers, active and former intelligence operatives, IT and cybersecurity specialists, AI practitioners, VR/AR/MR professionals, architects, bankers, Syariah experts, and specialists from various other fields.

As such, this is far from a one-man effort. Behind every article is a panel of experienced professionals who provide guidance, technical input, peer review, and practical perspectives drawn from real-world experience.

Many of these contributors prefer to remain anonymous to protect the confidentiality of projects, organisations, and sensitive information entrusted to them. Their motivation is not recognition, but rather to contribute towards a greater purpose: promoting sound practices, strengthening governance, enhancing compliance, improving industry standards, and reducing deficiencies, non-conformances, and avoidable failures across various sectors.

The views presented are therefore often the result of multidisciplinary collaboration, professional discourse, and collective expertise rather than the opinion of a single individual.

Bila Pendapatan Terjamin, Jangan Lupa Mereka Yang Berjuang - When Your Income Is Secure, Don’t Forget Those Who Are Struggling

Saya sering terfikir tentang satu perkara.

Mereka membantu bukan kerana mahu menunjuk-nunjuk, tetapi kerana memahami kesusahan orang lain.

"Adakah rakyat cukup bantuan?"

---XX---

I often find myself thinking about one thing.

Some of us have good incomes and allowances, greater financial security, and positions that make many things in life easier to manage.

Yet out there, many people are still struggling with the most basic questions : how to find a job, pay the rent or instalments, put food on the table, and ensure that their children can continue their education.

I would also like to acknowledge and appreciate those involved in politics who consistently help the people, even when they themselves may still be struggling. They help not because they want to show off or seek recognition, but because they understand the hardships faced by others.

However, there are also those who have considerable wealth, projects, positions and power, while at the same time speaking loudly about the rights and interests of the people.

The question is: to what extent are the people actually benefiting from what is being fought for on their behalf?

Let us not reach a point where the people receive only “crumbs from the table,” while those who hold power and resources live far more comfortably and luxuriously.

I am not writing this to blame anyone, let alone to provoke.

I simply believe that the more comfortable a person’s life becomes, the greater their responsibility to understand the hardships faced by others.

When people have no jobs, insufficient income and little hope, the problems that arise are not merely economic. They can lead to family pressures, debt, social problems, crime and many other issues that eventually affect society as a whole.

We should no longer be asking questions such as:

“How much have we given to the people?”

or

“What have the people contributed to the country?”

In the context of the issues we are facing today, such questions are no longer relevant.

Instead, we should be asking:

“Do the people truly have the opportunity to stand on their own feet?”

“Are the people receiving enough support?”

Because people are not asking to be dependent on assistance forever.

Most of them simply want an opportunity to work, earn a reasonable income and live with dignity.

These are among the things we should always keep in mind regardless of who we are or what position we hold.
