KISAH LAMA YANG MASIH RELEVAN

Saya melihat golongan muda-mudi dalam semua parti siasah tidak kira samada kerajaan atau pembangkang malah mana-mana bangsa/agama sekalipun  - amat hebat-hebat belaka. 

Saya sudah agak lama menyelidik menerusi pembacaan dan video mereka (tanpa cenderung kepada aliran politik) dengan penuh minat - memang terserlah kewibawaan masing-masing.

Mereka telah bersedia dengan segala hujjah dan fakta yang lengkap, saya simpulkan apa yang golongan muda-mudi selalu sebutkan kepada 8 teras utama) :

(1) Kemajuan Rohani/Akhlak yang selaras dengan kemajuan fizikal/jasmani,

(2) Kualiti Pendidikan, Konsep Kekompetanan, dan Karier di masa Hadapan, 

(3) Kepentingan beretika,

(4) Demokrasi, Kebebasan Bersuara dan Hak

(5) Perjuangan masa hadapan

(6) Cabaran yang perlu dilalui dan penyelesaiannya

(7) Golongan veteran dan berpengalaman perlu dirujuk untuk panduan

(8 ) Anjakan Paradigma dan Perubahan - terutamanya STRUKTUR, SIKAP dan PENDEKATAN

Malangnya, golongan veteran seperti tidak memperdulikan suara orang muda walaupun mereka sering memberikan kenyataan yang pada saya "cliche" dan "retorikal" (dalam pengurusan, saya panggil "lip service") bahawa: 

"golongan muda adalah pelapis" atau "pengganti". 

Golongan muda terbukti masih menghormati golongan veteran dan berpengalaman tetapi nampaknya sokongan golongan veteran seperti 'acuh tidak acuh' terhadap golongan muda.

Rasa saya, tidak perlulah kita mencampuri "trend" dan "halatuju" golongan muda, jadilah pemerhati dan pemberi panduan/nasihat. Kita berada pada era yang berbeza dengan era anak-anak muda sekarang ini.

Berilah mereka laluan jika kita mahukan perubahan. 

(jenguk-jenguklah nilai positif kat luar negara tu termasuk negara-negara di Benua Asia - Jepun, Korea, Australia, Singapura dsb.termasuk beberapa negara di Eropah (Jerman, UK, Peranchis dsb) lihat macamana mereka melayan dan memotivasikan anak-anak muda..samada di sektor kerajaan mahupun swasta, kepimpinan NGO dsb, jangan duduk bawah tempurung)

"D" berpakat 'diam-diam' dengan "A" minta jual bahan "X" pada "C" (yang berada jauh dari negara asal "D" & "A") kerana "C" 'mempunyai teknologi' untuk memproses "bahan X" itu kembali (kononnya negara "D" & "A" tiada teknologi berkenaan)
Lalu "A" menjual "bahan X" itu pada "B" yang telah "memenangi tender" dari "A". Lalu "A" menyuruh "B" menjualnya pada "C". "C" membeli "bahan X" dari "B" dan memprosesnya. "D" memohon sebutharga dari "C" dan "C" 'berjaya' dalam sebutharga berkenaan.
"D" ke negara "C" bagi membeli "bahan X" yang diproses 'mengikut spesifikasi'. "D" membawa 'orang-orang yang kompetan' untuk mengesahkan 'kualiti' "bahan X" berkenaan dan supaya mudah dibawa masuk ke negara "D" bagi digunakan. Kos pun meningkat berlipat-kali ganda.
Kemungkinan selepas "bahan X" dipasang nanti, integriti struktur tidak akan diambil kira kerana 'pemeriksa' dan 'perekabentuk' pun terpaksa menjaga 'pendapatan' - maka luluskan sahaja tanpa pemeriksaan mengikut piawaian, maka yang akan menjadi mangsa nanti ialah ratusan orang yang menggunakan infra berkenaan. Semuanya ini dibuat atas nama 'kemajuan'.
"D" mendakwa 'tidak kenal' dengan "A" (begitulah sebaliknya).
"D" berkata transaksinya hanya berkaitan dengan "C".
Begitu juga "A", transaksinya hanya berkaitan dengan "B".
"B" berkata, "saya berniaga "bahan X", jadi "C" kata 'nak beli', tentulah saya jual"
"B" yang tidak selalu menjadi perhatian, jika "B" membuka mulut - pecahlah rahsia "D", "A" dan "B". Jadi "B" akan 'dilindungi'. Lagipun 'tiada pakatan rahsia' - 'tiada dokumen menjadi bukti'...hanya khabar angin semata-mata.
(4 transaksi yang berbeza - 'tiada kaitan' antara satu dengan lain - 'salah' kat mana?)
Kalau dulu kita jual getah pada orang lain untuk diproses menjadi tayar bagi dijual kembali pada kita. Nasib baik tahun 1982, kita dapat balik syarikat tayar dan beberapa buah empayar yang asalnya milik kita. Kos menjadi lebih murah dan kilang memproses tayar telah melata-lata tumbuh. (Itupun, kena 'kutuk sakan' orang -orang yang pernah menyelamatkan penoreh getah, kilang proses dan penjual tayar)
Namun, sejarah lama seperti berulang kembali. Bezanya, teknologi itu dah ada dalam negara 'D'. Yang untung hanya beberapa kerat manusia, yang rugi, letih dan menderita, amatlah ramai sekali - silap-silap banyak kilang kena 'tutup'. Pekerja-pekerjanya habis kena buang. Kesian...
