NEW GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA TO LOOK INTO CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

#PakatanHarapan I would like to propose the Government of Malaysia either : to cancel or differ or relook into : 1) the MRT (Line 2) which is now progressing, ECRL, LRT III, Menara PNB KL118, Pan Borneo, Bandar 1 Malaysia and many others which have been horrendously valued at billions of ringgits, if possible, repossess the unused lands (it would be noble to give it back to the people), repossess the remaining budget for future negotiated compensations, look hardly into the ridiculous salary scale, the inexperienced construction personnel, possible harassment using "power/influence", race and gender polarization etc. (Most of these projects are somehow could be "linked" to 1MDB)
2) Look also into the Project Delivery Partner concept (PDP) and consider replacing it with the conventional "Design and Build" perhaps using JKR guidelines, 3) Many of the Work Package Contractors under the pretext of helping the "Bumiputera" and the sub contractors/suppliers are NOT well-known to the construction industry. A sudden emergence of possible "inexperienced" contractors - possibility of mass-corruption/cronyism happening, newly formed "enterprise" entity suddenly being changed to "Sendirian Berhad (Sdn Bhd - Private Limited) with G7 grading (try looking into CIDB approval and the relevant personnel as well) 4) JKKP/DOSH, please be much stricter now, you should not be afraid as the new Government will be backing you up, 5) There have been "rumours" about a JV entity controlling the major construction materials. ("you only provide workmanship but you must buy from us") This should NOT be happening as it will kill the suppliers' market. The concept equivalent to "CENTRAL CONTRACT" should be ABOLISHED! 5) Hire personnel based on "KNOW HOW"..not "KNOW WHO" Historical places such as Ampang Park and Sungai Besi Air Force base (and God knows how many others) that are now scheduled for destruction to give way to the so-called projects should be immediately STOPPED. Rebuild Ampang Park and the Air Force and let them STAY where they are now! For Ampang Park : Give the stores back to the rightful traders/owners For Sungai Besi Air Force base : that is up to the government More proposal will be coming

A NEW GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA HAS ARISE

My heartiest congratulations to Pakatan Harapan, PAS and Barisan Nasional.
Congratulations to ALL the RAKYAT that have casted their votes democratically and in full decorum.
My highest "sembah" to all the Raja-Raja Melayu including HRM The Yang Di Pertuan Agong, and my highest salute to the armed forces and the police.
May our economy, social, politics, judiciary system, international relations be reformed. The Media should be given freedom of speech and the human rights must now be safeguarded.
The RAKYAT whether you're from the new Government or from Barisan Nasional - even from PAS - now need to contribute ideas on how to rebuild our country. There will be hiccups here and there but we will all work it out.
No more playing racial card, respect every religion/faith/belief, no more cursing, no more political inclination, no more dirty politics, no more kleptocracy, no more sufferings, no more unnecessary tax, no more supremacy, Stop calling the new Government - Opposition...they are NOW the Official Government of Malaysia....
I also hope that DSAI will be released as soon as possible.
Now let's all work together for a better Malaysia.
Let's show the world what we are made of

PANIC SELLING OF BITCOIN - WHY?

The last time I saw this "calamity" was due to "attack" on the Stock Market. It has created a "chaos" in the late 90s.

The second time I saw similar phenomenon was when some "goons" are saying that authorized Forex platform is going to cheat you. It has also created another chaos until they calmed down by itself.

Now, I'm seeing the same trend happening in cryptocurrency especially BitCoin. (This time, we can avoid a chaos if we are smart enough)

It's a "lovely news" to some but "very bad news" especially those who had invested quite a lot of money.

Check any speculation towards cryptocurrency.  Don't just sell because you hear that some banking and financial institutions are trying to kill BitCoin or any other cryptocurrency.

Online Stock Exchange. Instant exchange Paypal to Bitcoin.

Be matured, this is another platform like Forex and Stock Exchange.

Remember, speculators feed from your fear.

Less but not least :

Don't avoid tax and fees - instead PAY THEM - so that you'll be gaining "legalized money" not being labelled as "scam" or "laundering". Don't try to be a Smart Alec - you do not underestimate the power of the law.

Avoid using wallets and exchange that you are not familiar with - check with your friends. Also, avoid using wallets or exchange that indicate "it's been hacked"

ONLINE AFFILATE MARKETING

Online affiliate marketing have reached an (my guess) estimation $3.0 billion (or more) of payouts between 2016-2017 to webmasters/"blog"masters.

From a humble beginning in the late 90s, it has now become one of the main source of "passive" income that can be done on a part-time basis - even on full time.

Basically it requires you to have :

a. A blog/website - either paid or free with ads - to me, that's not really important - what is more important is how to draw crowd to your site. (Keywords, Hashtags, Labels, Meta etc)

b. Products/Services - Be specific and put down some information on what you really do or what you are really good at. It helps to state your experience and successful stories as well. Additionally, photos, tables and diagrams will enhance your internet presence.

c. Affiliate with those selling similar Products/Services

Note : It helps to first google "e-book affiliate" - and understand what it is all about

This is the part where you need to choose which affiliate that suits you most...(do not be greedy..I've seen one simple banner on someone's website that have made so much money).

There are so many of them but I like to recommend you :

a) PayDotCom
b) Google AdSense
c) Commission Junction
d) E-Junkie

and many more.

(Note : You should have PayPal account by now!)

Affiliate yourself with merchants with site publishers and help them sell their products/services (Tip : Find something similar to your products/services - because you know better what you're good at)

Vice-versa - ask merchants to help sell your product as well.

There are many more things to learn about online affiliate marketing...there are so many resources for you to read and understand.
