Many special awards are being offered to foster goodwill and to inspire others. Unfortunately, some of these special awards; which I feel strongly; have been given to the WRONG person who knows NOTHING about the field. Trust me, we are fully aware those who are actively involved. I won't name the recipients but I think the juries should reconsider a proper standard/code of practice in their selection - otherwise they will be deemed as partial and risk losing respect.
